Michelle Biever

Jim's final wish was to create a foundation that had a three-pronged  effect - Police Scholarship, Community/Police Alliance and Continuing Education. As his most staunch supporter, Michelle was able to assist with establishing the foundation prior to Jim's death in August 2020. Michelle retired from her position as Manager of the College Store for Barnes and Noble at Lebanon Valley College in May of 2021.  She is currently working on maintaining the foundation. Their 31 years of marriage were a great example of selfless, unconditional love.
