Unsung Hero Nomination Form
The James Biever Police-Community Alliance recognizes that not all good deeds are noticed. We want to change that! Do you have someone in mind that deserves to have recognition for their good work? A police officer, fire fighter, community member? This individual goes above and beyond for the betterment of their community. They make a difference in another's life by undertaking self-less acts without anticipation of reward, recognition, praise or personal gain. The James Biever Police-Community Alliance is proud to serve the police and communities of Lebanon County. We offer our monetary support to those departments who request the monies to implement positive change in their police station/community. Please complete the following form in order to share why you are requesting money and most importantly, the impact that it will have on your community.
